Q. I don't know my ring size.

A. Ring fit can vary significantly depending on the design. Finger size may also change depending on the season, time of day, or physical condition.

Examples:

1. Wide band rings often feel tighter than narrow bands, so many customers choose a size approximately 1–2 sizes larger.

2. Fingers tend to swell more during summer than winter. A ring that fits perfectly in winter may feel slightly tight during summer.

If you are unsure of your ring size, please measure your finger using a commercially available ring sizer.

Q. Where are your products made?

A. All design and production are carried out in Japan.

The original prototypes are created by the designer, a trained metalsmith, and each piece is carefully handcrafted in collaboration with skilled artisans in Japan.

Jewelry making involves a wide range of specialized techniques. By drawing on these techniques and the expertise of skilled artisans, we create distinctive designs unique to un by Tomoyo Yoshida.

Q. Can product prices increase?

A. Product prices may be revised due to fluctuations in material costs and other factors.
